I cannot speak highly enough of Jason and the Birdland team. They just completed an extensive kitchen renovation for us that included removal of walls, all new flooring, new cabinets and all new electrical. They far exceeded our expectations throughout. Tom, our foreman, was kind, thorough and extremely organized which really helped with young kids in the house. He kept the job spotless each night. Jason, the owner, was extremely easy to work with and communicates frequently and professionally. Overall the project was exactly on budget and on time! Most importantly we love our new kitchen. Be sure to contact Birdland, you wont regret it.

Birdland Construction is a fantastic company with excellent quality and customer service. They'll do large and small jobs, with quality work. We had French doors installed in our home office which required some drywall adjustments, framing and painting as well. They were on-time, courteous, friendly, highly skilled, perfectionists. Jason (owner) explained everything thoroughly beforehand, gave us a fair estimate, and communicated throughout the process as needed. I recommend this company to everyone!

On the same night, during a heavy rainstorm, I noticed my gutters over-flowing; causing a cascading effect down the back of my house and a few hours later, the ceiling above my kitchen window began leaking. Loved that for me The next morning I began reaching out to contractors, recommended by my friend/ real estate agent. I had someone in the house the next day who said they would be back the next day - he never came back and stopped answering my calls all together about service. This review is not about him. After 2 more weeks of me trying to figure out the root of the issue (my guess was clogged gutters causing cascade and water finding it's way in- as it does), calling at least 5 other companies, and sheepishly trying to see if my home warranty had people who could help (they tried to convince me I needed a plumber ), the same friend directed me to Birdland. Within a few hours of calling, I had someone back at my house and actually looked at the problem (got on the roof and everything) and presented me an action plan to fix it. As new-ish homeowner, this was my first big issue I had to deal with and was hitting dead-end after dead-end, while the rain kept coming and the leak in the kitchen kept growing. I have new gutters and gutter guards (I was right- gutters were clogged bc I have a park across the street). My roof was also re-sealed and I was educated on the importance of that roof maintenance. Thank you Birdland for the care and education along with prompt service.
