Jennifer Convertibles

Delivery service left all of their trash in the front yard. I couldn't believe it. When I called Jennifer Convertibles the Manager responded with, "it was in the fine print on your contract that they leave the trash in your yard." I asked if this was seriously her answer. She responded with the following finger pointing response, "they're a different company so we can't control what they do". The couch works and is nice to have but the customer service really caught me off guard.

The manager Laura is amazing, She went the extra mile to solve a problem we had and left us happy customers. Laura truly cares about her customers. She will work even when she's not feeling well and even when she's supposed to be off. It was a great experience and a lovely selection of furniture. Truly Laura is the kind of manager that every business should have.

HORRIBLE. When we went to pick out a couch it turned out they had nothing in stock. Everything was going to take 4-6 weeks. So we order the couch and they said they would call us in a few weeks for the second half of the payment and to work out deliver. 8 weeks later there is NO word from them and I call to find out the manufacturer got backed up and I won't have my couch for another 2 weeks. They we never planning on calling us and told me even then, they couldn't give me a delivery date. Just terrible. 10 weeks for a couch to be delivered from N Carolina and the saleswoman didn't have the professionalism to follow-up on her sale. The prices are good but NEVER order anything from these people.

First of all, I loved that when I went into the store that no one was trying to convince me to buy anything. During my first trip to the store, the male sales associate was both knowledgeable, transparent, and helpful. When I went in a few days later and purchased my couch I was told that it would be delivered two weeks from the purchase date at the earliest. I was due to be out of town during that time so my sales associate did everything in her power to get me my couch before I went away. Not only did she get it to me before I left, she asked in a personal favor to have my couch delivered to me just 4 days after I bought it. WOW! The delivery men were timely and I couldn't believe how quickly I got my new couch. It is just as comfortable as in the store, and is wearing well. I am going into the showroom to pick up my ottoman today. Thanks Jennifer Convertibles Rockville :)
