My new Provia windows are beautiful, slider door and storm door are significant upgrades from what I had. The installation crew was wonderful - timely, well organized, neat (covers, drop cloths, vacuuming as appropriate), happy, showed pride in their work. The results look and operate perfectly. I didnt go price shopping as I knew what the likely range would be - I called three contractors. Central was the only group to call me back the same day (no need to talk to anyone else!), quickly arranged for measuring, treated me as a valued customer from the start, and once windows were manufactured (an acceptable wait), quickly scheduled an installation day. They even arranged a double crew so all 20 windows, bay window, and 2 doors were fully installed in one day (much appreciated by everyone in the house)! We are completely satisfied.
