        EDIT, 4/24/19: The company contacted me through this review and informed me that I could receive a refund of the wallet. I contacted them and they immediately replied, and my refund was issued in a timely manner. If you find yourself in the same frustrating situation make sure to email them and get a refund! Scam fraudulent company. Getting a ticket might be better than signing up for this app to park. As others have stated, they take $20 from you even if you're only parking for two hours. Terrible company.

        This app is very fraudulent. Even though I unchecked the box to disable the auto payment, they still charged my debit $20.00. Customer service number does not exist so I'm currently waiting on an agent to respond via email. DO NOT USE THIS APP! You'd be better off keeping change in your car. 0 stars was not an option

        This is a fraud! Charged me $20 even though I just parked half a hour. This is essentially a wallet and you cannot get your money back. Will not have a chance to use it again.
