        This is the absolute worst Einstein Bros location I have been to. Although I had a lovely cashier the manager was very rude to me. I was charged extra for something they didnt have and she gave the worst attitude when I asked for a refund on the item. She made me feel so uncomfortable during the process and like a burden. Not only that one of the employees handling the food touch another employees neck, her neck, and her hair without proceeding to change her gloves. Wont be returning to this location anytime soon.

        Store filthy, Horrible service from lady with dreads who claims she is the store supervisor, this lady chitchatting while the line is all the way till the exit door. She gets smart with me when I ask nicely about the status of my order while. Store supervisor should be able to handle customer questions, they werent busy because of the business coming they were just unorganized. She needs some training on how to speak to customers
