        I love Chinese food. I could eat it every day (and often do when my spousal unit is away).  I like to try new dishes, and lean toward spicy......yet my go-to dish here for many years has been egg foo young. Fluffy, filled with the protein of your choice (I go with pork given my BBQ predeliction), covered with a thick, rich gravy.   Yesssss.Not that I haven't tried other things; I have, and rarely been disappointed. It's just that this is my idea of comfort food. China Wok and China Garden are the best Chinese restaurants in the Frederick area. Now if only someone would open a Szechuan hot pot or dim sum place...

        Huge portions and super friendly owner!! I ordered many dishes for takeout expecting smaller portions but when I got my order I was shocked to see such full containers!
