TruGreen, I STOPPED. I used to see there person "RUNNING with the application machine in my yard".
Since then I've taken care of my lawn better than TruGreen ever did.
Today 8/22/2023 I came home and noticed a TruGreen Door Tag and TruGreen Lawn Flag on my lawn. I have NOT had a Service Contract with them in over 15 years and I still dont !!
They applied a Core Aeration to my yard and tore up the lawn EVERYWHERE!!!
I have my home address number posted clearly on my residence. I called the number on the documentation that was left and it gets you to a National Call Center" a woman answered and I vented. I told her to notify the local Trugreen center. She said I would need to fill out documentation .. I didn't want to bother. I find it amazing you cannot call a local number and get speak with the local representation... what ever.... I never want to speak with them anyhow!
Obviously the person doing the unauthorized work doesn't care about quality at all or what they are doing. Incapable and inept and and NOT capable of doing quality work... I would never use there service. There are divots all over the yard from spinning the machine and being in a rush...... stupidity at its best.
I supplied only a few photos of many spots in the yard as there are about 15 spots easily.
