Horrible to students ALMOST all staff sleep when should be watching the children/adults ,The horror stories I was made aware of are just awful and at times brought a tear to my eye... Reference to the higher ups please stop sweeping things under the rug for you're special employees it's not fair to the students .

I have had the experience of acting on behalf of a few children who have been placed at Crystal Springs. The children have multi levels problems:,physical health challenges, mental health challenges, behavior health challenges, intellectual/cognitive challenges, past issues of neglect and abuse. Emotionally frail family life. The staff at Crystal Springs bring enthusiasm and upbeat caring for these youngsters. I have been impressed by the novel therapeutic approaches of Physical therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Nutritionists, Special Education Teachers. Children who might otherwise end up in an unending Congregate Setting, are prepared, as are their families, for the child to transfer back home with parents, back to their communities with their friends and their local school mates. Well done Crystal Springs!!
