We wanted to use them for a corporate event, but when we called their initial quote was more than twice what the website rates were. After some back and forth they did lower it, but they would not provide evidence or put into writing that their drivers were licensed unless we officially booked with them, and would not put into the agreement that the buses we rented would be in good working order. Also each time we called someone different would answer or e-mail, there is not an account manager or one main point of contact. They also claimed their internet was down for over a week, and each time I called someone different would take down notes on the call but there was no followup. Sketchy business.
