image First off, we went in October and it was still surprisingly warm. The rooms are great, great view, great location, couldn't ask for more in that sense. BUT, our AC is out and it was around 85 or so in the room. We immediately cut the AC on to cool it down. Never did, went down to the lobby to report it. Told to try it again because I probably did it wrong. Doubt that, but ok. Several hours go by and still didn't cool off so I go down stairs again. They will send someone up they said. They came up and sure enough, there was an issue. This happened several times and finally they said they would have to replace a part. Ok, fine. Three guys then came in and worked for an hour or two. All of that, and guess what? Still not working. So, I go back down stairs and asked if we could be moved to another room. I am told they have no room available and to just leave the window open. $400 a night and I was told to leave the window open. Lol ok...So a couple of days of sleeping in Boston night wind got me all congested. Great. Finally, time to leave and I asked was it possible to get some type of compensation for all the crap I had to put up with and I was literally told "no, sorry. You used a website not our own so we can't do anything for you." Cool, thanks. I'll remember that for the future.

image We were in Boston last week and really loved our stay. We were in a corner room with fantastic views of the city! The room was beautiful and clean. Everyone was really kind and helpful. You really cant beat the location though, walking distance to just about anything you could ask for in the city. I highly recommend it and will certainly be staying here again.

image For the price and the location its a good stay. Rooms are huge! If you like working out though dont stay here, its the worst hotel gym Ive seen, a treadmill lodged into a broom closet. The lobby also has the most intense scent, which I think is intended to be pleasant, but it was so overpowering I held my breath walking through the lobby. The hotel should get rid of that.
