        Worst branch ever been. Sitting there from last 1 hour and then the girl came and ask if i am all set. I told her that i am sitting here from last 1 hour and i need a customer service rep. to help us. Still no help. 5 employees working. 2 Employee just watching our face. The manager did not even apologize for the wait

        This citizens bank continuously has poor customer service. Always building full of people with one teller working and a line out the door. Staff is not held accountable and constantly gives attitude over simple request like daily deposits and making change. Management never seems to be concerned will listen to complain come back the next day and it’s the same thing.
