I had an amazing experience at this school! Though the course is intense in its nature, hands-on experience and a variety of learning devices make learning drink recipes fun, informative, and comfortable to remember. I would recommend this school to anyone who is looking to go into bartending or the restaurant business. Thank you so much Professional School of Bartending!

Great school! I learned a lot from both LaToya and Ellen. The atmosphere and hands on experience really helps you to grasp the material in a fun way!

Beware! Up until recently this place also had a school in Providence, RI where I have recently been scammed as well as other classmates who are in contact with the BBB. Here was my experience: On August 19, 2019 I paid $300 in cash for a class that was advertised as a 2 week course. The teacher was continuously late and rescheduling classes because "there were not enough students to teach for her liking". On August 22, 2019, after class being cancelled twice in a row, I messaged the teacher and asked if it would be better to come for the next set of classes instead, since there were so many cancellations already in such little time. They told me no, classes would resume the next week even if it was just them and me. On Tuesday August 27 2019, class was cancelled again because the other student in the class was going to be late and they did not feel like teaching just me. On Monday, September 23, 2019, I was still in classes but they had been cancelled again and I was told they would resume the next day. I never heard anything from the teacher after that, so on Wednesday September 25, 2019 I messaged them to asked about classes and never got any response. On Monday September 30, 2019 I messaged again asking for a refund, or to just take the TIPS certification test so I could be done with this and move on. She had asked me to come in to take the test so I said ok. On October 3, 2019 I went back to the school under the impression that I would be taking the TIPS certification test but when I showed up it was just one of the made up tests for the school that has no meaning in the real world. When I asked about the TIPS certification test yet another time, I was told to message back next week and they would send me a date for the test, which would be taking place in the next two weeks. On Wednesday, October 9, 2019 I messaged back and asked when the TIPS certification test was going to be, and they told me November 8, 2019. At this point I again asked for my money back and stated that this was supposed to be a two week course in August and it is now going into November. I was told no, that the TIPS class is after the program, which I completed (when I took the test they had me come in and take after I asked for the first refund). I was told they would refund me $20 for the TIPS class, which actually costs $40 according to the TIPS website. By now, I was extremely frustrated and upset, and didn't want my money and time to be a waste so I waited until November to take the TIPS certification. I thought it was a little weird that nobody from the TIPS certification team was present, as my boyfriend had told me that the TIPS team sends someone out for their classes. The teacher practically gave all the answers to the test, and told us we would receive the certification in the mail by the end December 2019. It is now January 2019 and when I message them they tell me that the school has shut down and there is nothing that can be done.
