    DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FLOWERS FROM VERVILLE FLORIST. THEIR WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK AND THEY SUPPOSEDLY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX IT. WE ORDERED FLOWERS FOR A WAKE - THEY WERE NOT DELIVERED AND THE OWNER JUST SAID THEY WERE SORRY BUT THEIR WEBSITE HAS NOT WORKED FOR 7 YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IRONICALLY THEY DID NOT HAVE A PROBLEM CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD. THEY DID TELL ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO CONTACT MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE MONEY GOES WHEN WE PUT IN OUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER. WELL THAT IS VERY COMFORTING. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU CAN'T MAKE THEM TAKE DOWN THEIR WEBSITE! DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FLORIST!

    Buyer beware don’t order from them. It won’t get delivered. Ordered flowers to be sent to the wake of a family member and when I arrived they weren’t there. I had ordered ahead of time so it wasn’t last minute. I was mortified. I called and they told me not to order from their online service. excuse me? I’m not going to drive from 5 towns over to order flowers, the whole point is you pick out what you want online. Then I was told that they couldn’t refund me. They don’t know where the charge went. SCAM. I work in the town that this florist is in and I will tell everyone about this little scam they have going on. Pathetic and embarrassing. Nothing was offered either. Don’t trust them with flowers for your loved ones services. you also can’t post a review on YELP it doesn’t allow you too. Interesting. They claim that they are having trouble with their online services then why is it available still? I should contact the better business bureau.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Just as everyone mentioned below, DO NOT ORDER FROM THE WEBSITE!!!!!! Ordered Mother’s Day flowers that were supposed to be delivered yesterday to my elderly grandmother in assisted-living. Flowers never showed up phone number is disconnected and I suddenly received a refund email the next day only after reporting it as fraud to my bank.

    DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is not professional at all. I placed an order on their website . Paid for my flowers for my mother for Mother’s Day,got a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. Almost a week later I called to check on the status of it , I learned that the number doesn’t work and the website isn’t working either . The website isn’t working- yet they can take my money and then tell me to call my bank and report it as fraud and I will get my Money back . Any person with any sense knows that banks will take up to 60 days to return your money for fraud charges . What makes me upset is these flowers were for Mother’s Day!!!!!! They had no remorse what so ever when I contacted them , they spent the entire time blaming me for not going on their Facebook page and looking at a post from January 2020 stating that the website is not under their control . How do you take control of a business from someone else and the website and phone number you don’t have access to ? Right there they should have known that they would have problems . With the whole virus pandemic we are going through , they should have known that people would be buying flowers from a website and not going into a flower shop. So I sit here on Mother’s Day with no flowers and my money taken from me and no way to get it back . You say you’re a professional business , you have a lot to learn . Don’t use the company.
