        Extremely unprofessional. Nobody should ever work on your car before your approval. I would've gotten my car towed somewhere else if I knew I was paying $450 to fix one rotor and one caliper. He said to complain to Napa about the pricing but I went on their website to order the same parts and it's cheaper?! Rip off, complete joke. The old man has no customer service skills whatsoever. Had to call back to get the prices on everything because all he initially said was my car was done. I was baffled that they had worked on my car before calling me.
