The only reason I am giving two stars, is because there are good teachers at the Burlington site. But, the woman who runs it, does so without proper business training and education of children. If you bring a concern to her, she immediately goes on the defense; she puts the blame on the child. It has been brought to their attention, that my grandson has sand and gravel in his sneakers after going outside. Today, he cried as he walked to the car because he had two sores on his feet from pebbles. I went back in, showed them, and they put it on him "He needs to learn to say something". I explained again that he's a shy child, and won't say anything, and asked, again if they would just empty his shoes after going out. They told me I was rude; I never said anything rude, nor raised my voice. I simply said, he is under your care, and needs to be taken care of. They found that insulting. I've noted, that throughout my review, I've said "they", it was the woman in charge, not they. This business survives due to lack of more options for parents. Now, since I've written this review, I'm no longer allowed to pick-up my grandson... wow! So professional, not
