One of the most professional and accommodating business owners I’ve ever dealt with. Even though his company did not have availability for my last minute request , Elite’s owner Charlie spent hours to successfully track down two buses for our event. I would highly recommend Charlie and Elite Livery Service.

I hired Elite Livery Service to transport me from my home to Logan Airport and back 10 days later. I had a last minute schedule change and they were very accommodating. The car was clean and comfortable, and snacks and water was plentiful. The chauffeur (Charlie) was super-friendly, courteous, knew the roads, and got me to the airport on time. He was also waiting for me when I got back to Boston and was slightly delayed in customs. It was a pleasure dealing with Elite Livery Service and I highly recommend them.

Hired Charlie for the first time to get us to and from Logan after seeing his reviews. The reviews were most important in our decision as we were otherwise going in blind. Needed a 5 AM pick-up and he was right on time. The vehicle was pristine and the conversation easy. Picked us up on time for the return trip home exactly where and as promised. Will definitely use him again for our next trip!
