Homestead Websites

This could possibly be the worst company I have ever worked with. Our website has been down for the past 7 days. They only have sub contractors for tech in the Philippines. No contacts in the US and nothing has been done. Please, do yourself a favor and never work with this company. Run the opposite direction!

This is the worst website developer. They are all liars and only know what their dummy-scrips tell them to read. All call themselves Jake, Aldren and other American names but with heavy accent from India. Managers are lazy and never call back. Homestead is garbage. Don't waist your money. I was with them 15 years and enough is enough. That's' why they keep selling out. Might as well have monkeys answering the phone.

I have been with Homestead website host since the 1990's, when it was free. My major complaint with them is that they do not address their customer's concerns. They have a help page and you find complaints there - with no response. They have a handy Status button, but either the problems they are having are not listed, or they are listed as resolved when they are not. It seems like they are not even checking. Because people use this for their business, this is a serious problem. If it were not for this major issue, I would recommend this service. As it is, I cannot recommend it. I hope they get this issue fixed, but it has been going on for years, so I don't think that is likely.

I used this company when I first started making my own websites. It was a good first start but service has greatly declined from the beginning. Never any updates to their system so very outdated. They stopped giving chat support which made everything even more difficult. When you call your on hold forever. The worst part is since we changed to different a service since all this they continue to charge us. We have done the correct steps to cancel on their site four times and still get charged. We have called and talked to someone multiple times to cancel payments and they say they have fixed it just to be charged again. At this time this company is crooks to continue to charge us and this should be considered theft.
