used this company to acquire my EMT certification, unfortunately I had to sign back up for a remedial course. Which for another $250 they offered a 2 day course As I'm trying to pass my NREMT and I'm very eager. My course was set for October 5&6, with less than 24 hours notice I received a call and email from Jillian that the course was cancelled, as they didn't have enough people sign up and they can move my deposit to the next course in December. I said to her, that doesn't seem right, I don't want to wait until December. As I signed up in advance for this course and in no email I received said they might cancelIf they don't get enough people to sign up. I said that just sounds like greed to me. As she said she'll be sure to add that note to future emails and I'll get my refund in 14 days. If i needed to sign up for a new course elsewhere with that money I was out of luck. I am absolutely appalled by this customer service and Jillians response. I am trying to pass my NREMT and a place that calls themselves an institution, should take more pride in their students success then just getting rich off of them. I am not satisfied with your resolution.

Great place. The instructors are awesome. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. I did the hybrid online EMT-B program and was very impressed with how easy the process was. The online platform is well designed and easy to use. The in class part was great, with helpful instructors who have extensive real-world experience that really prepare you both for the exam and for your experience in the field. It's not for everyone though, you must be disciplined enough to do the course work on your own and meet deadlines. It's no different than any other online class I've ever taken. Nobody in my class had anything negative to say about the process, most of us were FF's. There are also in-person options if the online program isn't for you. Just don't expect to lazily breeze through 8 to 12 weeks of class and get your EMT. There's a lot of material to learn and the pace is grueling but worth it in my opinion. No more 8 month long classes to take. I was never told $250 was anything other than the deposit so I'm not sure the confusion in some other reviews. I'd never expect an EMT class to cost $250, but I've also been in the industry for 20 years. Bottom line: I highly recommend going here for your EMT course

I had a good experience with this school and passed my state practical and NREMT written on my first go. I took the accelerated hybrid course in Wellesley with instructor Brian Hill who is great. My only word of caution is that if you opt to do an accelerated hybrid/online course expect to put in a lot of hours to learn the book. If you have never taken an online course or are not sure you will be able to fit that commitment into your schedule you will be better off with a traditional class even if it takes longer.
