I had my brand new shirt dry cleaned, I wore the shirt one time. The shirt came back with significant damage. They blamed me for the damage and said that it was dropped off like that. I am positive it was not. The woman working the counter claimed that it was from wear and tear, I explained that I had worn the shirt for 4 hours, and she stuck by her story. I asked why they did not inform me of the damage when I dropped it off; they claim that they forgot. I went home did some research on dry cleaning damage, reached out to Puritan (where I bought the shirt), and decided to email Angel cleaners. They have not responded in 3 weeks. Please feel free to reach out. I would highly recommend going to one of the many other dry cleaners.Edit: I have emailed you twice, called once and dropped by for a second look. The woman behind the counter (who was very nice) told me that the owner would call me back, the owner never called. This is the first response that I have recieved.I understand that you could say that my shirt was dropped off like that and tag it, that is not to say that the shirt was not damaged. I appreciate your response, and am willing to remove this review if the owner makes good on the damages.

I need help getting into contact with the business owner. On the website it said they are open on Saturday but they are closed today and I have to pick up my tuxedo for a wedding tomorrow. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE A WAY OF HELPING OR IF THE OWNER SEES THIS PLEASE CALL ME ON 9786541412

First time dropping off here today. Very nice lady working. Brought seven shirts in for dry cleaning. They were only around $2 each which is a pretty good price. She also offered to sew a couple of buttons back onto a few shirts that have had them fall off for free. Will definitely be coming back here!
