Todd Sullivan is a rude and sloppy insurance agent who wasted so much of my time by not doing his job. Even after I switched to other agent, he is still in my hair by not cancelling old policies and not processing refund. I had Todd Sullivan to write 4 polices last year. He did not finish his work before billing. He paid no attention to my emails and he answer partially/incorrectly to my questions addressed via emails. He cared least and did the least just to get premium collected. I gave up on him and started contacting Insurance carrier myself so many times. They were all saying it should have been taken care by the local agent. I told them to handle it since my agent was not available. I renew the policies with a new agent. over 6 weeks, he is not responding to my repeated cancellation notices for my old policies but collected payments for two policies. I am anoyed by getting overdue notices with fines and fees for two other policies. Of course my emails got no responses and I did not get refund for old canceled policies.

Sullivan has had our business for two generations. Todd takes care of our liability, workers compensation, auto and personal. Great local company.

I’ve worked with Todd since we purchased our first home in 2009. We have used him for our home owners insurance ever since and just recently signed on for auto. I have nothing but great things to say about Todd. Always quick to respond and is very pleasant to work with.

Spoke to the rudest woman I believe I've ever talked to at an insurance agency. Been buying insurance in the state of Massachusetts for over 30 years. Felt like I was dealing with a city worker and she hung the phone up on me. Do yourself a favor don't go to these people. Many other agencies in the area that aren't nearly as rude .
