Best middle eastern cuisine I've had in Massachusetts. Everything is made fresh and presented with care and love. I've watched Ahmad cook on several occasions now in his spotless kitchen and can tell he is a true culinary professional.

I tried this place this the old guy is the owner he make me a plate was too old the food left over and he charge twice of the money I dont recommend it

Amazing meal! A friend of mine brought me a meal from Kareem's while I was in quarantine. It was such a treat. The best meal I've had in years!

Wow. What a meal! We had heard great things about Kareem's so for our anniversary we decided to give them a try. They are only doing takeout at the moment which was fine by us because indoor dining still doesn't feel very safe at the moment. I spoke with the owner Ahmed and asked him to come up with a special dinner for the two of us. He really came through for us. We had two kinds of hummus, muhamarra, grape leaves, smoked salmon, lamb, shrimp, and chicken dishes as well as salad and dessert. Everything was outstanding, and the experience was wonderful. He was a delight on the phone and I really felt like we were getting personal attention and a personalized meal. He even called the next day to make sure we had enjoyed it. Kareem's definitely deserves its reputation as a neighborhood gem. We will absolutely be back.

We ordered food from here for the first time and were blown away by the range of flavors, the quality and the distinctiveness of the cooking. I spoke with the owner/chef who told me the dishes available (it is a tiny establishment) and I ordered hummus, baba ghanous, and 3 main dishes that came with tabouleh salad. Each dish was unique and spectacular. All 3 of us were wowed by the flavors, textures and overall quality. I live in Watertown and have been meaning to check this place out for ages. I will definitely be ordering again and look forward to visiting the restaurant once things open again. It takes something really special to get me to write a review - bravo Kareem's!
