I tried to cash a check for one of my employees. They told me I do not have the authority to sign and do so. It is my business account linked to the check. Never had this issue at any other branch.
They are rude and useless.
It makes me want to change banks they should hire people who know what they are doing.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! It took my mother 15 minutes to get change for a $20 bill. It took us 1 hour and 15 minutes to get my name added to my mothers bank account. There have been other bad customer service experiences with this bank throughout the years. My suggestion, find another bank that actually cares about you as a customer.
