Excellent service. I ordered flowers for my friends wedding and they were beautiful. They even included a boutonnire for the groom. I would highly recommend.

Not happy with arrangement for the money. Cheap flowers at a premium. And disjointed colors, lost in translation with the workers, just didn't turn out looking like $125 flowers.

**The short version of this review:**
1. Valentine's Day delivery not made as agreed.
2. Refund and subsequent delivery promised by the shop to make up for the mistake were never made.
Recommendation: Not recommended.
**Full version:**
Every year, I have flowers delivered to my wife's work for Valentine's Day.
This year, I decided to try a new place, Vivas (shown as "RUTH'S ROSES" on my bank statement). I wish I hadn't.
1. The flowers were not delivered as instructed. I ordered the flowers on Monday. They did mention that the flowers could be delivered between Monday and Valentine's Day (Wednesday). I told them that it was okay, provided they called me before delivery if delivering after 3 p.m. The flowers were delivered while my wife was on her way home at 4:30 p.m. I received no phone call to verify whether she was there.
I called the shop, and they apologized and said they would deliver another arrangement on Valentine's Day. Valentine's Day came, and there was no delivery. My wife was expecting the second delivery for Valentine's Day as promised, but they never arrived.
I called on Wednesday evening, and they apologized. They said they would not only refund my money but also send the flowers on the next day.
Its now Friday, and there has been no delivery, no refund, and no followup call. Only empty promises..
Constructive criticism to the owner: If you had followed through on your promise, I would have given you another chance. This was the first Valentine's Day in 17 years that my wife didn't get flowers. #BadService #ValentinesDayFail #vivas #ruthsroses
