I've always had a negative opinion about Rehabs. My experience at Mary Anne Morse changed all that. The staff is incredible and hard working. They're warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and they put their hearts into caring for you. I even adopted several of the staff into my family. I acquired a brother, Bobby, and two daughters, Mona and Manolita. Lol. There was even one nurse/ CNA(?), Margaret, who braided my hair for me without even being asked! She surprised me twice by doing that. What a heart! I loved it there! Thank you very much for your help and support, staff at MAM. If you're ever in need of a Rehab, I highly recommend Mary Anne Morse. You won't regret it.

I would never recommend the heritage. When my mom was there, they constantly called me, even though they knew and I reminded them that Im not power of attorney. One Sunday morning they called me - your mom collapsed and is unresponsive. What should we do? Call the power of attorney. Cant reach that person. Well, were spending $$$$ for her to be in your care. What would you do if this was a family member a? They replied - get her to the er. What a f waste of my time. And, learning of her death later that day, brain aneurysm, never never contacted me. Probably because Im not power of attorney.

I have a very dear friend who we consider a member of our family who  recently moved into this facility.  My friend could no longer live on her own and needed a safe nurturing environment with on site activities.  I was on the hunt. I left a message one evening at Heritage and was contacted early the next morning.  It was one of the easiest things I have done in the past few years dealing with facilities for both my Mom and husband.  Everyone I met went out of their way and rearranged their schedules to facilitate a quick transfer out of a rehabilitation facility which my friend was paying out of pocket for since her insurance ran out.  I am so impressed by the staff and their attitudes.  They seem to enjoy their jobs!  My friend loves the activities and the food.  She calls me to brag about some of her meals.  She is the happiest I have seen her in years!  If you have someone who needs a safe haven to live and thrive in check out the Heritage.              Retired RN
