Poor quality work that took months longer than we were told. Uneven joints between pavers. Uneven pavers. Hollow grout joints around pool coping. Uneven joints between pool coping. They "eyeballed" it instead of using a spacer, or even better doing it properly without joints at all. Crooked walls. Massive gap between wall and steps that was haphazardly filled with 3+ inches of concrete on each side. Concrete to hold patio was slapped in there, no smoothed at all so it will need to be grinded/cut before we can plant around it. Trash and debri including food was "buried" in our yard very shallow. I would not recommend this company. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. I expressed my concerns throughout the project and was blown off by the owner. None of the issues were addressed. My biggest regret is not throwing them off the job when the first wall was crooked. It would have been worth waiting a year to find a competent company to finish the job next summer.

I contacted this company in Fall 2017 to have old mulch taken out and replaced. Ross came out and gave a quote. He could not accommodate us immediately and said to contact him in the spring. I contacted to schedule for the spring in Feb 2018, and as of the end of June 2018 we still have not had a reasonable response or any of the work done. Even with two of us emailing and texting.
