I have been a customer of S&S for a few years now, and they have done several jobs for me at multiple locations. Every experience has been the same - fantastic. Awesome customer service, fair prices, great quality work, and honest. Example, I called them this morning (on a nice snowy day of course) and let them know my water heater had failed. They were here replacing it 4 hours later - fabulous customer service - as always. Call them - you won't be disappointed!

We had been putting off replacing our tankless water heater and hot water tank for a few years but didn't want to risk it this winter, so we reached out to Sostilio & Sons because we had a positive experience with them for other plumbing issues at another time. John and Mike came out, reviewed the situation, and made a proposal that was reasonable for a system that offered the right level of performance for our needs.
But what really sets Sostilio & Sons apart is their commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Our system was challenging to install and required a few customizations after the fact to achieve peak performance Mike didn't rest until those customizations were made and the system was perfect, and he didn't charge us for the extra trips because he wanted us to be happy with our investment. He was always professional, with a smile on his face, and he clearly takes pride in his work.
