Brian and his cousin (sorry, I forgot his name) responded quickly to my call and came out the next day to replace a section of pipe and fix a toilet flange. He explained everything they did and are reasonably price. Highly recommend!

He and his team installed our faucet in less than 45 minutes. He arrived later than his original time estimate but communicated with me regarding his arrival and updated me along the way. Received the invoice immediately after and payment was seamless.

If I could give zero stars I would…Over the weekend my pipes froze. I called a few plumbers and LAFAVE plumbing called me early Monday morning, I explained what was wrong, where it was in my house, that it was in a crawlspace so there wouldn’t be any surprises when they got here. Two men looked at the problem, told me what needed to be done and said they needed to get some supplies and would be back in an hour… they never came back nor have I heard from them. I called and it went to voicemail, in which the voicemail was full. I don’t have a problem if he didn’t want to do the job but be professional enough to tell me so that I could look for someone else due to the fact that I had no water. Brian has done several repairs/upgrades around the house. The work has been what was expected and was mostly done properly. He took care in cleaning up and minimizing any mess. The only real negative is sometimes a lack of communication. After fixing a leaky valve on my furnace, I immediately started having a problem with the hot water heating pipes. The hot water was migrating around the entire system. Pump was not running, the hot water was migrating on it's own. Called Brian right away and he admitted that he forgot to put a check valve in to prevent this. He said he would be back first thing the next morning. Four days passed without a word, so I called again and left a voice mail. Two more days passed and he finally called and came to fix the problem. The fix was without charge so he backs up his work. While this was far from an urgent matter, some communication after saying he would come back the next morning would have been nice. I don't care that it took a week to fix the issue. However, if you tell someone "first thing in the morning" then you should at least call back to say you can't make it. Not the only time he has not communicated well. Other than that the review would have been 5 stars. I would call him again though. Services: Shower repair, Leak investigation and repair, Toilet repair, Tap installation
