We bought a nice granite lamp post at the Mashpee store, and we had excellent service. We set up delivery for a week out as significant construction was going on on our street, which would make delivery difficult. Due to weather, the street construction was delayed again so I called Stonewood to change the delivery. Tried 3 times, was on hold for up to 20 minutes. I did finally get someone, and we set a new delivery time for a month out. The next day, however, the granite post was delivered!! The forklift had a difficult time offloading because of the freshly poured sidewalks and had to drive across the front lawn. A real mess. I just hope I don't get a second lamp post delivered in a month :)! I assume this company is short staffed like everywhere else. If you have a strict schedule you want to adhere to or need to change an order in any way, my advice would be to go in-person and speak to someone so the change occurs.
