After moving here in August I immediately felt right at home. Ellen was so patient and helpful through the whole moving process and Donna’s welcoming smile every morning is the perfect way to start the day. After never living in an apartment, we absolutely love it here and wish we had done it sooner!

Living at Avenu at Natick has exceeded my expectations!
For several years, I drove by almost daily and watched the development progress from inception to completion!
When I put my house under agreement this summer, the hunt was on for a new home. After touring several properties in the area, I decided to book a tour of Avenu at Natick. By the end of my tour, I knew this was just what I was looking for in a new home!
The staff has been absolutely terrific from the initial tour and leasing process, to the seamless move-in and all the daily activities!
My apartment is brand new, comfortable and quiet. The facility is well maintained by a wonderful staff, who are very responsive to any inquiries or maintenance issues.
It has been my home for over two months and I couldn't be happier!

Avenu at Natick is committed to giving their residents the best experience possible. We are honored to be able to work with the team to help provide fitness and wellness services for their building through our Circuit platform. Leslie in particular has been great to work as she is very diligent and communicative. All of this stems from her tight knit relationship with the residents and an intense knowledge of what they want. We highly recommend living at the Avenu at Natick as a resident or working with their team as a vendor.
