I went to Regis in hopes to have my hair fix. I had gone to another salon and my color was terrible. Nicole did my color and it came out perfect!! She did an amazing job!! Very upbeat, professional and inviting atmosphere. Nicole is my new stylist.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would.. came in for a balayage at 6:30 and left at 9:30 with the worst hair bleaching. Nothing about it is a balayage and my hair has chunks of distinct separation from my natural color to a light yellow. I was embarrassed to even leave the salon and the hairdresser katelynn had the audacity to tell me “honestly I think it looks good”. I haven’t cried in a long time but this has me so upset I literally can’t stop. I asked if she could fix it tomorrow and her reply was “I will not be back until Thursday”. She then went on to tell me that the $198 quote she gave me prior was being reduced from the chemicals to $148. It was not worth it but she told me I had to pay for it and the best she could do is have her manager contact me the next day. I either want a full refund or for this to be fixed tomorrow. Nothing else. Do not recommend. P.S. If you truly do not know how to do what a client is requesting just let them know instead of charging them $148 to look like a clown.
