Phenomenal service and integrity. Carlo arrived earlier than the appointment time, promptly got to working on my kitchen faucet hot water issue, and quickly identified the source of the problem. He walked me through what he was doing and what to look out for if ever the problem reoccurs in the future, which as a homeowner is the best thjnf possible as knowing what to look for is 90% of the battle. Within half hour he fixed it, and left and work area clean. The difficulty of finding a honest plumber is difficult these days, but Carlo is a gem. I will be looking to use him for all future plumbing problems I may encounter. Service: Faucet repair

Carlo was very knowledgable, experienced and he was very good with explaining what the cause is in detail. We had a weird leak under our tub drainage and with one look, he knows where the problem is. He was very quick and did an excellent job. And I appreciated that he took a rather weird request of getting paid after we doubled checked if the pipe no longer leaks. He worked with me and then came back the next day to double check the job before he handed me the bill so I can't thank him enough for that. We will definitely call him again.
