        I waited 30 minutes in line to exchange euros just to be told I needed to wait for a banker to help me. After 10 more she came out to tell me she was with a customer and wouldn’t be able to help me for another 20 minutes. I just walked out. And, the outside ATM was broken. Between the poor customer service, long wait time and broken ATM this was a complete waste of my time.
