Visiting SoftTouch Dentistry is like walking into an old friend's home. I am not exaggerating when I say the welcoming atmosphere (at both the NEWTON and BRIGHTON) offices is family-like. The care is professional, diligent, and personal. It matters not whether you are being treated by the owner or the newest hire . . . you are made to feel like their most important patient. As the former owner of a business, I understand that how the employees treat a client is how the owner treats the employees.
