Certified Roofing did a stellar job on the roof of our two-family. The job was a bit complicated, but they surely rose to the occasion. Communication with Dion was excellent; he was prompt, informative and patient with all my questions. The workers arrived promptly, worked diligently, and finished all but a tad of the work in one day. The site was left totally clean. Amazing. And...the price was extremely reasonable. Dion and his crew were an absolute pleasure to work with. The extraordinarily detailed proposal that we received (prepared remotely and including photographs of our roof from multiple angles with the measurements to back up the work being proposed) hit all of our requirements for the quality of products we wanted to use and the processes we had researched as being best practices - and it was one of the lowest bids we received. When the morning of our scheduled date arrived, there were gale force winds in the forecast - while Dion was willing to go ahead with the job from a safety perspective, he recommended we wait because there would be no way to stop the roofing tiles from flying all over the neighborhood. We were fine with that (and grateful on behalf of our relationships with our neighbors) and rescheduled for the next day. His great crew showed up the next day and worked incredibly hard and efficiently, nearly finished our complicated roof in one day. They were back the next morning, and done before noon. As a part of the job, he found rotting beams under an exterior porch rubber roof which he replaced, along with the rotted floor of the porch for no additional cost. The only less-than-perfect thing about the experience was how hard it was on our yard - because of the winds and the reschedule, we didn't get an opportunity to walk around before they started and have a conversation with him about how to better protect the yard, and some of our plantings did suffer. The crew was diligent about cleaning up, though. We've already had several neighbors ask us about them, both because they were an amazingly choreographed machine, and because they took the time to go into neighboring yards to collect some plastic wrappers that got away from them during the process. Glad to see from some of the other reviews that they do other work (gutters, etc) - I would love to work with them again. Service: Roof installation

We had Certified Roofing replace our roof in mid-March 2021. To our surprise, the team was able to accomplish it in 1 day. The owner, Dion, was able to do this by successfully allocating resources and got extra help to finish the work in the 1 day. At one point I counted there were 7 individuals working on our house! Prior to the roof installation, during the proposal/estimate phase Dion was very forthcoming on what it would take to perform the work, what was included in the estimate, what wasn’t included in the estimate, etc. He was also very honest about what truly was needed for our house, whereas other companies we received estimates from tried to up-sell additional features that really didn’t provide much value. Dion was very good at communicating through all phases of the project, with the preference being text messaging and email (fine with me!), although we did talk on the phone as well. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Certified Roofing for any roof replacement. In fact, during the roof installation we found out that they also do siding and gutter projects too, so we plan to hire them in the future for that work when we’re ready to proceed. Bottom line is the roof looks great, the price represented good value, and the Certified Roofing team was a pleasure to work with. Seems like a no brainer to me. Service: Roof installation
