Leal Restoration is owned by Marcus Leal, who also owns Viviane's Cleaning and Restoration. We had a negative experience with Viviane's and won a claim in small claims court to damages. We were threatened by the business owner for leaving a negative review. Please steer clear of Viviane's and other businesses owned by this owner.

Marcus accepted a cleaning job that was extensive and in an urgent situation due to a hospitalization of the owner. He responded right away, kept in touch throughout the job and went way above and beyond to complete the job, including helping with pets, picking up keys from another location and communicating throughout the process.
