        The service at the North Dartmouth, MA store is agonizingly bad. Long wait times, rude staff, and a general disinterest in learning to use their own systems. Bought two Red Heart Saver yarns on sale. Went to exchange a color, the cashier could not tell me if I would need to pay extra despite it being THE. SAME. PRODUCT. Yes you need to swap SKUS, welcome to the very rest of the retail world, we all do it. Galling service. it took over a year to use up gift cards bought at a sale and I am so glad I need never return there. just GALLING.
