Carol Gilbert is the best insurance agent I have worked with. I have been working with her for many years and she is always there for me. With numerous cars and homes to insure, she always works with me to find the best rates. Carol is available whenever I call or email. She responds quickly and she knows insurance inside and out. I cannot recommend Carol and FB insure enough.

I have been dealing with Carol G. at FBinsure for 3 or 4 years. I can honestly say that she is the best agent I have ever worked with. I have worked with several over the decades and her knowledge of car & homeowners is tops. She also makes it easy to understand and most importantly works with you to keep it as cost effective as possible. If you have a claim she makes that easy too. Communication by email, cell, text, no problems.. I have been with much larger offices and you just feel like a number. Then when you file a claim there is a lot of red tape. Instead, FBinsure in Dighton have been a pleasure to work with. So much so I had my dad switch over as well.
