Had an incredible experience with Service Plumbing from the first call to the service itself.
The lady on the phone was super friendly and helpful! Answered all my questions and I knew exactly what to expect.
Fernando came out to clean out the grease trap in my business, and he was early, friendly, fast, and went above and beyond with the cleaning! I am beyond impressed with the service! Will definitely be using them again in the near future.

I called and scheduled an emergency appointment today. I am super satisfied and now have found my new septic tank maintenance company.
The tech Andrew was great. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He even took the time to give me an overall understanding about my septic tank.
On the phone I spoke with Sharon and possibly another lady who where extremely friendly. Great overall experience, as good as it gets!

Had them clean my grease trap and it stunk for weeks afterwards i called them and told them they did something wrong and they should come fix it. I didn't want to pay because they just did the work 2 weeks prior. I used them twice and they wanted to charge me a full service fee to come out and do what I paid them to do in the first place. I dont recommend companies that dont stand by there work.
