Never order from this organization! They are scammers. They’ll take your money and never fulfill your order. There seems to be no recourse. I’ve filed with the Better Business Bureau, I’ve called every number listed for this company multiple times, I’ve left numerous messages, I’ve written many emails and nothing! These people claim to be alternative healthcare professionals. Far from it, they are true con-artists. Spread the word about Somatic Systems Institute. They are abhorrent in their business practices. I hate to give them even one single star, but one is forced to in order to get a message posted. People of SSI - may karma be your hearty payback!

I ordered a table online from them. Just as the other reviewer stated they do not return calls or emails and their phone does not accept calls. this appears to be a scam.

Somatic Systems Institute online products are a scam. I purchased a Frelonic exercise mat on August 8, 2019. The money was withdrawn from my account, but there is no order verification; nor is there any way to access them by phone or any other way! I wonder why they are allowed to continue operating, when they continue taking people’s money, and not providing the product ordered?

Do NOT order online from this company. It has no customer service. My order did not arrive and no one has responded to phone messages or email about my concern. Also, the phone number on my receipt is out of service.
