My first experience with SN Limo was teetering on terrible, but in the end I give them 5 stars for their extraordinary effort to make things right under difficult circumstances. I had scheduled a 3:10am pick-up for a 5:00am departure from Logan. When no one came by 3:20 I called leaving a message asking where the vehicle was. The owner called at 3:30am and said the vehicle hit a deer on the way to pick me up. As soon as he arranged for a tow-truck, he would come get me himself. I was alarmed because I expected no traffic and with the delay I would likely miss my flight. About an hour before my departure I was still waiting, so I called the airline to see if I could reschedule. There was one seat on the next flight and I could still make my connection, but it would cost me $300! When the owner showed up I told him I rebooked to be sure I would get to my destination. He was very apologetic and said he would not charge me and would pay me to cover my additional cost. In fact, we got to Logan about 20 minutes before my original departure, but with checking bags and security I still would have missed that flight. In the end I got to where I was going and I learned two lessons: allow time for the unexpected, and SN Limo Service has integrity.
