The mechanics do not really want to do a bad job they just don’t know how to fix a car! I went there for maintenance and my car just won’t pick up after I left it with them for a couple of days. Also, they tightened my brakes so much that I couldn’t brake on the highway and almost crashed into another car. I spent $1010 and my car is worse than it was before I took it there. Also, my brake fluid cap is lost! No diligence at all! Save yourself some money! Stay away from the place! Services: Brakes, General repairs & maintenance

Let me just say that Saugus Auto Repair Inc is absolutely the best auto shop out there! Knowledgeable on all types of vehicles. They are reasonably priced, stand behind their work 100%, and they get the work done on time and fast. Great service! I’ve recommended them to my family and friends who need car repairs.
