    This place is a mess. Messy transition from first Acura to Greico. Waited 6+ weeks for license plates. That's 10% of a year. Not a single person had a good answer. Sales person Caleb did not make it a priority to take care of our problem. The issues were discussed only over the phone or in person, emails were never returned as if they didn't want a paper trail. Courtesy cars, there are none. For a "luxury"car dealer to hand you a 5 passenger Kia that smells like an ashtray after buying one of the most expensive car on the lot is a joke. Want an Acura? Go somewhere else.

    I came all the way to buy a car and had an appointment with the salesman Nick Souza . When I got there the car was sold and no one called me or text to notify . The manager was no help. Very disappointed and upset.. never buy a car from Greco Acura. Bad customer service and no loyalty..

    One of the best experiences at a dealership in 20 years of owning cars. I spoke with them over the phone about a used vehicle and scheduled an appointment then next day. As I arrived on a Sunday I had my trade-in, the amount I asked for was me----t No haggling. I paid what I knew was the a great price on the car I was getting-- as I do a lot of research-- it was a good deal. Other area dealerships had the same car for 4K more and refused to give me what I knew my trade in was worth. I explained what I wanted for a payment and not to go over. Everything I needed was met with no pressure and NO haggling. Tis process took 1.5 hours from the time I walked in, test drove, they ran numbers and I was meeting with finance, signed and drove away! Also after explaining my situation to the sales man and explaining I did not want to have a higher payment and I did not want an extended warranty for various reasons. When I went into finance the gentleman was so kind & happy and never brought it up. I asked how come (as I am used to being pushed and bullied by other dealerships)--- he said "because you were clear about your payment and told your sales man you did not want one-- I want to honor that." WOW! speechless. Service: There were a couple small issues with the car and being a Sunday no-one was in service. I scheduled an appointment for the following Friday. two of the issues with the car (again it was used 2016-- to be expected) I 1. Needed new front rotors and 2. tire in the front was slowly loosing air. They fixed both no questions asked and they were so nice! Even gave me a desk to work on while I waited. Finally, I explained I lived over an hour and a half away and needed to make sure I was back in time for the kids to get off the bus. I did not think it was going to be possible. They honored that and made sure I left right on time! BEST, Most honest experience I have ever had. The finance guy was also the happiest, kindest guy I have ever met at a dealership that has to run numbers!!! I would definitely purchase another car from this place!
