Robert was very professional was able to put together what we were looking for in the door design also Peter looked at what we wanted to do replacing a bathroom window and assured us that the crew could replace the window without having a problem with the tile. Looking forward to getting the new look

I have to start by saying I did not expect to purchase Pella Windows for my attic remodel. They seemed a little pricier and nicer than what I needed. However, working directly with their rep, Vinny Cannamela, changed that. It's not that he "sold" me on the idea. It's more that he applied his depth of his knowledge to help me find a package of windows that actually did make sense for the project, and at a price that made sense. I am super appreciative of that and for his directness and transparency throughout this process. In the interests of transparency, I will admit that I was a little disappointed when the estimated delivery date turned out to be several weeks later than I was told to expect when I made the purchase, but at the end of the day I know these things happen with supply chains and construction projects so no big deal. All in all, I would definitely recommend going with Pella and specifically with Vinny. I am very satisfied!
