Terrible company they have not picked up my garbage in over three weeks I can’t get a hold of them and they have not tried to help me at all don’t waste your money

We’ve had a terrible experience so far. We are a new customer and are supposed to have one pick up weekly for trash and one for recycling. We’ve been skipped for two weeks in a row now. We’ve been promised pickup 3, maybe 4 times now and no one has come by. It’s always either “with dispatch” or when we inform customer service that we were promised pickup one day their response is “well the order says another day”. Super super disappointed, they were recommended to us but steer clear. I know most disposal companies are hot garbage but these guys are in the running for the worst of the bunch.

This company does not pick up and leaves parking lot a messs !!! we have not had pick up in over 3 weeks no excuse they are not short handed they don’t answer phone when call business either this is unacceptable

The drivers who work for this company speed in our complex and when they pick up they leave garbage behind on the ground. Terrible service, they need to pick up the trash they drop, not leave it on the ground.

Do yourself a favor and call some one else. You'll be glad you did. These people really suck. Worst company I've ever had to deal with.
