This program is a tool that I have needed for quite some time. I'm learning daily about my body make up and why weight has been a problem for a long time in my life. It's not always easy [nothing ever is], but results are seen if you do the work and follow along with great advice from the coach [who is always there when ever I need to reach out]. I was stuck, in a never ending cycle of almost impossible weight loss due to self sabotage. Being an emotional eater for my whole life, Id compare myself to a drug addict with food. I couldnt go past the convenience store and not stop to get a candy bar (King size) or zebra cakes, or pop. The store was my dealer and the sugar my cocaine. I felt as if this was all I would be for the rest of my life especially at 59 years old. Because it only gets harder to lose the weight with age. I know I was created for better! I listened to the talk show hosts on 93.7 The Fan in Pittsburgh talking about Awaken 180, and I thought if knuckleheads talking sports could do it ( no disrespect). So could I ( Im a knucklehead too). Well Im here to tell you since the day after a Thanksgiving Ive lost 50lbs. Thanks to the Awaken 180 Program. Tomorrow I turn 59 and Ive done what I thought was impossible, and my body is working like my creator designed it to. I still want to lose some more, but Ive reached the goals set for me by my team at Awaken 180. It wasnt easy, but it wasnt hard. Perhaps the most encouraging thing is the poor eating responses I used to have are gone. The mental aspect of the program has renewed my mind on food. The unconscious triggers have evaporated. I no longer crave sugar. I no longer self sabotage! I look forward to eating like a normal human being again, sure, but the possibility of eating smaller portions and slower and with fidelity isnt daunting anymore. So if youre stuck, just DO IT! Its so worth it!!!!!!!!

This program is outstanding! Ive been on every diet possible and this beats them all. As a Senior Ive still lost weight at the pace of a young man
