        THREE TIMES IN ONE MONTH THEY TOLD ME I WAS SHORT $100 IN MY DEPOSITED MONEY ENVELOPE! you can be sure I counted my $$$ CAREFULLY after the first time!! THERE'S A THIEF THERE wonder where else they may have stolen my $$$ SPFD OFFICE. TIME TO CHECK OUT!! TD bank has much better hours so i don't have to deposit cash $$$ via envelopes.

        Arrha is hands down the worst bank Ive dealt with. They never answer, they never call you back and on top of that how does my debit card all of a sudden stop working. When I call to see whats wrong apparently heres no record of me even having a card with this bank. Manifestation at its finest, Ill be taking all my funds out of there first thing in the morning...hopefully I can get someone to answer.

        Worst customer service ever there rude ..seems like no one wants to work now a days . You update ur information then something happens they say they have called you and they still have the last number so they never updated it.. seems like its getting worst seriously since everything is opening up again Ill be changing banks ..

Arrha Credit Union is regarded as the premier educational base credit union in the Western Massachusetts financial community. Originally chartered on October 5, 1929 with thirty-one original members. Today we serve those individuals who live or work in Hampden, Hampshire or Franklin counties.
