TNC cleaning is the most RELIABLE cleaning service you will ever find. I assure you, I am not exaggerating. We have been using TNC for basic bi-weekly house cleaning for eighteen years and for eighteen years, they have showed up on time, on the scheduled day, every time. On the rare occasions (maybe five times in eighteen years?) that they have had to reschedule a cleaning, I received a phone call well in advance and the cleaning was reschedued at a convenient time for me. The last time they had to reschedule, I got four months' notice! I am talking you-will-receive-a-phone-call-if-they-are-going-to-be-half-an-hour-late reliable. This is a two-person husband and wife team. They are friendly, professional, and did I mention reliable? Please note that TNC is a cleaning service, not a maid service. They do not do laundry, make beds, or pick your kids' clothes up off the floor. If you are looking for that, you need to look for a maid and I wish you luck. We make our own beds and do our own laundry and make our kids pick their clothes up off the floor themselves. That being said, we are very happy to have TNC clean our bathrooms, dust, and vacuum and wash our floors. They will take instruction cheerfully and you just have to ask or leave a note if there are areas that you want them to pay special attention to or little extras you want done from time to time (vacuum the windowsills, clean around the doorknobs, etc.). They will get it done. As scheduled. Every time. With a smile.
