Basement Finish Pros LLC did a quality job on finishing our basement. They had helpful ideas that we had not thought of. When we pointed out where it could be improved, they were quick to respond and fix it. Timing is a challenge for any home repair business. You need to wait for the sub-contractors and the Town’s Building Inspector to set appointments. In other words, you need to be flexible with the timing of the project. Basement Finish Pros consistently met & often exceeded my expectations from the first job estimate meeting through the final walk through. My basement project was initiated during the height of Covid 19, amidst restrictions and resulting delays of supply deliveries, delays from my town's building inspectors due to Covid restrictions, etc. that we all experienced during this time. Basement Finish Pros kept me well informed every step of the way... and that is one of the things I am most pleased about with their service... I always knew what was happening with the project... without having to follow-up and ask. As often happens with older home renovations... unexpected challenges occurred... that BFP dealt with and still managed to come within the expected budget. Our new basement space is everything we hoped it would be! My next home project, although a bit down the road...is to tackle a renovation of the 1st floor kitchen... I am very pleased to strongly recommend BASEMENT FINISH PROS LLC for any basement work that you require. Alex Pascal spent time working on our written detailed proposal so that nothing that we needed was left to chance. He provided a detailed description of each task, as well as materials and labor costs. I did get multiple quotes for this job, but I found they were willing to tackle the many challenges that others would not touch, and the costs for their services were very competitive. The Connecticut workers were supervised on-site by Igor Cojocarn who impressed me with his strong work ethic, very professional skills, and a dedication to quality work. Igor took pride in his work. It is hard to believe what a wonderful difference Basement Finish Pros made in my new basement living space for my wife and I, and now the visits from my children and grandchildren are so much more fun.
