Terrible company. They literally never answer their phone. Ever. I live 45 minutes away from them and they still took over a month to deliver my coffee table. Apparently they are "backed up" with deliveries. What a joke.

I worked here long ago.  It was a slightly better run operation then.  The problem is the deliveries are made by subcontractors who aren't paid much per delivery and the costs of them running their business are ever increasing.  So you end up with very unqualified and unmotivated individuals.In my time the place was held together by the employees of the firm who worked very long and unpaid hours.  Work hours were  5 or 6 am to 6pm, sometimes much later.  In addition we were  expressly forbidden to take meal breaks during our 12 work day.  I was hired and paid for a 40 hour week and never paid one penny  for any of the extra time I worked.   Often there are one person doing the job of 3 and unpaid at that.  This is why you don't get a call back.  I found another job, as did all the other employees-and here is your zero star rating
