My daughter had an appt today for a full field visual scan, I asked for a copy of the results and I got the worst photo copy imaginable, I asked if I would be getting the results today, as we were waiting for this because we need to know if she can learn to drive, all I was told was they will scan this to the dr as urgent.. never heard from the dr, called back this afternoon, based on what was said on the phone this wasnt scanned over to her and marked as urgent. The gentleman behind the desk just kept saying she has an appt, and I said that appt is for next year for her exam I will never go back to Waltham, horrible customer service .

This hospital is overcharging! More than 1300 dollars for eye exam for a child! Less than 1 hour of work, this is ridiculous and upsetting!

One of the best hospitals in the world. I got ACL tear and meniscus surgery done here by surgeon Dr.Murray in 2017, she was incredible, probably one of the best if not the best ACL surgeon in the world. Just last month my younger sister got meniscus surgery here (with a different surgeon) but just the same it was amazing! So well done! Administration is excellent as well, everything runs smoothly. Furthermore, the Micheli Center return to play program was one of the most life changing experiences Ive had. (Its specialized personal training that you do after getting discharged from physical therapy and 6 months post-op). Because of the micheli center I am far more active and physically healthy than I would be otherwise, even 6 years later I still use everything I learned there whenever I go to the gym. Only bad thing about the Micheli center though is they do not take insurance (I believe), so its incredibly expensive. I think I only had 8 total sessions because my family couldnt continue to pay for it. (And 8 is a lot, probably most people only do 4 because of the cost!) Definitely still worth it though!!

Follow up visit. Waited with daughter 40min in patient room before PA came and spent 15min with us. The charge: $600+. This is broken on several levels.
